Your Wow! energy Factor....
When things are not working as you would, and you find yourself low on energy - you may be misssing your Wow! This is not the kind of energy that can be made up with extra sleep - it is the kind of energy that could be described as excitement or enthusiasm...it is a spiritual thing.. and it makes all the difference...
The Wow! Energy has been known by many other names in different cultures and religions over many generations. – such as chi or shakti or even just the spirit. I discovered its power for energetic performance from Desmond Jones in a drama class back in 1990 and have been fascinated by its potential since then, and in particular its connection to our deep spirituality.
It is that inner spiritual love energy that changes you in an instant if you are open. It is always available, unlimited, and not linked to the usual bodily constraints. It flies in the face of negativity and creates in you a force of energy and enthusiasm that can even overcome anger, stress and anxiety. It is a channel of positivity and purity that allows for the greatest compassion in humanity as it comes from deeper inside; and it is so connected with others that it feels like the power comes from outside – from a power beyond ourselves. These blockages have many names in different cultures and in psychology too. They are triggered through the senses, and must be experienced and released through the emotions. How in control do you feel? Are there areas of your life that cause you to feel stressed or anxious? Does it seem like life comes at you all at once leading to overwhelming anxiety? Do you expect to be a parenting champion all at once? Are you struggling to find peace in the chaos?

Are you holding onto your anger? Are you worried about letting it out? Do you realise you are storing up harm for yourself?
It is possible to safely release your anger. It is possible to open up the valves and let it all go so that your body and emotions are no longer being eroded away by bitterness and anger. When you do so safely, you release the stress and anxiety that builds up alongside the anger and allow yourself to live free in your heart energy which I call your Wow! Once you are free of past anger, I can teach you how to keep the heart energy valve open so that new situations which once would have fuelled your anger are no longer able to fill your tank.

Losing sight of yourself can be one of the most difficult things to deal with when you struggle with anxiety. You begin to worry so much about the future that you lose all sense of who you are and whether you will be able to cope. You see yourself as a victim of whatever life may throw at you and you begin to fantasise about worst case scenarios. This is known as ‘catastrophising’ in CBT and it can be most debilitating as you lose sight of yourself and any sense of help or support. But this is not who you are. It is simply something that the chatterbox in your head tells you. It is mere lies and fantasy. The voice is just something you hear; it is not you – you are the one listening. It is a choice to separate yourself from the voice and turn the volume down. You are the person deep inside who can cope; you are the one who can change; it is you who can recover and become strong again.
It is time to build some support from the inside out and working in your subconscious with messages of positivity really works. Is it time for you to change? Is it time to engage your powerful subconscious mind? Is it time to change the messages in your mind? Then it is time for you to choose the Stress-less life…

Agree or disagree? Certainly, exploding with anger, and out of control behaviour will lost you a lot of friends and spoil relationships with your teenage kids. But are you just supposed to hold onto it? Repress it? Push it deep inside as if that solves anything?
Safe expression of anger is not ‘losing your temper’; but it is finding powerful release for past and present anger in order to keep your energy flow clear of blockages and emotional stress and anxiety. Holding on to anger can be damaging as you close yourself off from the healing love energy from your heart. Past anger may have become repressed, trapped, and squashed down. It has become a 'samskara' – trapped emotional energy deep in your subconscious that causes a blockage inside you emotionally and spiritually. It becomes toxic to your system and must be released in order to bring about the full flow of your energy again.
It is time to release your Wow! energy and allow yourself to safely and fully express your past anger. It may be your very recent past, or perhaps a long time pushed down waiting to be triggered by a recognition in your subconscious. This is the ‘poison’ that Buddha talked of…and it can kill you through stress and anxiety which are how your repressed anger may leak out in your life. It may fuel that over-reaction that makes no sense to you in relation to the situation that you are angry about.

Ever wondered why you get more angry with your teens than you ever thought possible? Have you ever wondered where 'all that anger' comes from - I mean it's 'only a room' and they have promised to keep it tidy... eventually! But your blood begins to boil. After the explosion, the fiery inferno, the huge confrontation you get a chance to reflect... where did all of that force of anger come from?
The chances are you are dealing with some of your past anger. Your powerful subconcious mind has linked something that your kid said with a reservoir of anger that was unleashed all over them. On reflection it seems unreasonable. You find yourself either apologising and getting a torrent of abuse - or worse; standing your ground and feeling like such a hypocrite and failure... sound familiar?
It is time to find a safe way of dealing with your past anger... time to take control... to 'sweep it onto the carpet' and deal with it... your time is now - if you want to?

Is it possible to do more than you think you can? In a word – no! Do I mean to disagree with Henry Ford on this one? Well, no to that too!
It’s all about belief. You have change your thinking... this is where the coaching really takes on a huge importance. Coaching is a means of accessing your inner confidence and assessing your strengths, so that you can open up new beliefs that allow for new thinking. You see, you need to think you can in order to move beyond your perceived limitations. You have to be willing to accept the possibility that you are capable of achieving more. Now you think you can – and so you will achieve! You can think yourself into or out of success – and you have to have a strong belief that can.
Do you think that you can? Do you believe you have what it takes? Do you realise that your thinking makes all the difference?
Another of Ford’s quotes supports this strongly; he says ‘if you think you can, and if you think you can’t - you’re right!’ Why? When you think you can you will try, and keep on trying because you believe you can succeed. Because you think you can you will persevere until you get the success you really want. Is it that simple? Is it all about your thought life? Yes! But is it easy – well no, of course not!! But it is right and it is so important – your success depends on it.
You are capable of doing so much more than you currently think you can – so change your thinking and start achieving more. Take some time with your journal and write down your thoughts that hold you back. Find a way of reframing each thought around a positive belief. Let this be the focus of your new thinking.
Will you take time to get your thinking right today? Will you choose to believe that you can? Will you take control of your thoughts so they work for you and not against you?
